Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, is launching Fraser Suites Reserve, a new luxury serviced living brand aimed at extended-stay and longer-stay travellers.
The brand is positioned at the luxury end of Frasers Hospitality’s portfolio. It builds on the company’s experience in extended stays while combining private accommodation with hotel services and facilities.
The first Fraser Suites Reserve property will open in Bangkok at One Bangkok. Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in December 2026 as part of a phased opening. Its grand opening is planned for March 2027, when the full range of facilities and experiences will be available.
Fraser Suites Reserve Targets Luxury Extended Stays
According to Frasers Hospitality, Fraser Suites Reserve is designed for global travellers seeking the privacy and familiarity of a home while travelling, combined with luxury hospitality services.
The brand focuses on longer stays and aims to give guests greater independence within their accommodation.
Many rooms will feature integrated kitchenettes, allowing guests to maintain familiar routines during their stay. The properties will also offer personalised service, dining concepts, wellness facilities and leisure experiences.
Another feature will be Club Frasers, a private lounge designed for conversation, connection and curated experiences.

Brand Focuses on Privacy and Personalised Service
Frasers Hospitality said Fraser Suites Reserve is built around the idea that time is an important consideration for today’s global professionals.
Its properties will combine design, service, wellness and lifestyle experiences intended to simplify daily routines while travelling.
The rooms are designed as private spaces within the city, with an emphasis on privacy and calm. Meanwhile, the service model is intended to provide personalised assistance while respecting guests’ privacy.

Wellness Facilities to Include House of Rejuvenation
Wellness will form part of the Fraser Suites Reserve offering.
At Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, the House of Rejuvenation will provide a dedicated environment for recovery and renewal. Facilities will include thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy, alongside therapist-led treatments.
Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global wellness programme.
The programme is designed around simple, repeatable rituals that can be incorporated into a guest’s stay. According to the company, the aim is to make wellbeing easier to maintain during demanding schedules and frequent travel.
Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok to Open at One Bangkok
Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will be the first property under the new brand.
The 255-room property will occupy the top 10 floors of a 45-storey premium office and retail tower at One Bangkok.
The development is located at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road. According to Frasers Hospitality, the property will offer views of the Bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya River.
It will also provide access to Bangkok’s dining, entertainment and cultural attractions.
The property will begin welcoming guests in December 2026 during its phased opening. The full opening is planned for March 2027.
Frasers Hospitality said further details will be announced in the coming months.
