Kerzner International is strengthening its push into the global luxury meetings and events sector with the appointment of Natalie Slavikova as Global Director, MICE — a newly created leadership role designed to accelerate growth across the company’s international events portfolio.
The move signals Kerzner’s growing focus on the high-value meetings, incentives, conferences and events market as luxury hospitality brands compete more aggressively for premium corporate gatherings, incentive travel, and destination celebrations.
Natalie joins the hospitality group with more than 15 years of international luxury hospitality experience spanning Dubai, London, Frankfurt, and Prague. Her background includes senior commercial leadership positions focused on luxury sales, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and international market expansion.
In her new position, Natalie will oversee Kerzner’s global MICE strategy while leading commercial initiatives and strengthening partnerships across groups and events. Her remit covers incentive travel, corporate meetings, leisure groups, and upscale social celebrations across the company’s expanding brand portfolio.
Kerzner operates several globally recognised luxury hospitality brands, including One&Only Resorts, Atlantis Resorts, SIRO, and rare finds, all of which continue to expand their international luxury travel presence.
The appointment comes as luxury hotel groups increasingly prioritise experiential events and premium group travel, particularly in destinations where demand for immersive, high-end gatherings continues to rise. Industry competition for large-scale MICE business has intensified as hospitality brands seek stronger year-round revenue streams beyond traditional leisure travel.
Throughout her career, Natalie has led commercial strategies across multi-property portfolios while driving large-scale MICE acquisition and pre-opening commercial development initiatives for luxury hospitality brands. She is also recognised for building strategic partnerships and leading high-performing commercial teams within competitive international markets.
Kerzner said Natalie will work closely with both global and regional teams to strengthen the company’s positioning within the luxury travel and events landscape while enhancing commercial performance and guest engagement worldwide.
Her appointment reflects a broader industry trend in which global luxury hotel operators are investing more heavily in specialised MICE leadership as demand grows for personalised, experience-driven corporate and social events.
With international luxury travel continuing to rebound and evolve, Kerzner’s expanded focus on meetings and events is expected to play an increasingly important role in the company’s long-term global growth strategy.
