Nail will oversee the creative vision and brand strategy for Makeready’s collection of hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands in his new role.

Since joining the company in 2017, he has played an important role in shaping its brand identity, storytelling, guest experiences, and creative direction. His influence extends across the portfolio, covering everything from physical spaces and digital platforms to in-room experiences and guest programming.

As Makeready’s creative lead, Nail helps define the vision for each brand while protecting its individual identity. He also ensures that every guest touchpoint feels considered, distinctive, and consistent.

His work includes art direction, storytelling, in-room experiences, and programming. In addition, he develops creative concepts that bring the unique character of each property to life.

Through this work, Nail will continue to shape how Makeready’s brands engage with guests across physical, digital, and emotional touchpoints.

Meanwhile, Doyle has been promoted to Senior Director, Marketing & Communications.

She will lead marketing efforts across Makeready’s portfolio, working closely with field and on-property teams. Her focus will include strengthening brand presence, supporting revenue growth, and building deeper connections between individual properties and their local communities.

Doyle brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Her career spans hospitality, destination marketing, communications, and community engagement.

In her new role, she will translate Makeready’s portfolio-wide strategy into market-specific initiatives. As a result, individual properties can build stronger local awareness while supporting broader commercial objectives.

Her experience will also help connect brand strategy with the needs of each market. This localized approach is designed to strengthen both guest engagement and business performance.

Strengthening Makeready’s Brand and Marketing Strategy

The promotions of Nail and Doyle reflect Makeready’s continued investment in creative leadership and localized marketing.

Together, their expanded responsibilities will support the company’s approach to brand development, guest experience, and communications. Nail will focus on creative vision and brand experience, while Doyle will lead marketing and communications across the portfolio.

As Makeready continues to grow, their leadership will help shape how its hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands connect with guests and local communities.
